MySolidWorks Site Hypertext Links

Hypertext links are also action controls. Different from buttons, they are actions that won't affect the website and take users from one page to another without changing anything on the website's back or front-end. The user is basically a spectator browsing through content. They aren't doing any actions that require more effort than clicking and view. the back-end and front-end of the website remain the same. In those situations, a link should be used over a button.

White links are used on dark background or marketing image banners. If it's for marketing message, use 3ds font, for other general links, use "Verdana, sans-serif" font. The font style and size may vary accordingly.

Popup Link: the link to popup a modal window, a PDF or a browser window/tab. font color: #005686; hover underline
External Link: the link redirect users to a page on an external site. font color: #005686; hover underline + external link icon
Anchor Link above: the link points to a place within a page above the anchor link. font color: #005686; cursor:pointer; angle-up icon after the link
Anchor Link down: the link points to a place within a page below the anchor link. font color: #005686; cursor:pointer; angle-down icon after the link
